Giddings ISD Student Registration
Pre-Kindergarten registration and Kindergarten registration MUST take place at Giddings Elementary School. DO NOT register Pre-Kindergarteners or Kindergarteners online. Pre-Kindergarteners and Kindergarteners MUST register at Giddings Elementary School. Please call the Giddings Elementary School office at (979)542-2886.

For returning students in 1st grade - 12th grade: Returning student and new student registration is now open online for 2021-2022! All students in 1st - 12th grade in GISD must complete online registration.
All returning parents should have a Parent Portal account set up. Please log into your Parent Portal account here: https://asctxportal.esc13.net/ParentPortal/login?distid=144901
Once you are logged in, you will see a red registration button for each student. Click on the red registration button to begin registration:
1. Please edit any information that needs editing
2. "Save" Forms
3. Go to "Next Form" at the bottom of each page
4. On the final page, "Complete and Submit to District"
When registering:
*DO NOT change the student's e-mail address, the six digit number e-mail address is assigned by the district.
*DO NOT change the parent e-mail without contacting the school. The parent e-mail is attached to Parent Portal and must not be changed unless you contact the school.
*If changing addresses, you MUST notify the school and show them proof of residency.
If you are registering a NEW student, you will be creating a Parent Portal account. Use the following link:

Even though a parent completes registration online, there may be other documents or information that is needed. The schools may contact you for additional documents or information.
