SCHOOL PROFILE

Giddings Intermediate School is a 4th and 5th grade campus with nearly 300 students. Students are split into 2 "pods" in their grade-level and rotate through Language Arts, Science/Social Studies, and Math with their homeroom class. Classes are on a 90-minute schedule to allow plenty of time for Small-Group, Guided Instruction. Students attend Lunch, Recess, and Specials (PE, Music, Art, Library, and Computers) in the middle of the day. We end the day with BUFF Time, our targeted tutorial period.

Giddings Intermediate School expects "Only the BEST and nothing less" of its students and knows when challenged, they will always rise to the occasion!
