On Tuesday, May 5, from 9am until noon, graduation packages (caps, gowns, etc.) will be available for pickup via a drive-through line at Giddings High School. No walk-ups will be allowed as we will continue to follow social distancing guidelines.
Regarding a graduation ceremony, Giddings ISD is considering statements by the Texas Education Agency (TEA) and the Governor. District and campus administrators are exploring options for a ceremony. As soon as plans can be finalized, students and parents will be notified.
As of April 21, TEA has stated "guidelines for graduation ceremonies will be made available as soon as possible."
