In our session, we'll cover everything from how this will benefit your child, what's included in the experience, how we'll keep the trip safe and affordable, and much more. Plus, if we haven't met yet, it's a good chance to learn more about me as both an educator and a Group Leader.

“GISD Once Again Achieves Perfect Score on T.E.A. Financial Rating”
Giddings ISD achieved “Superior Achievement” ratings once
again for the 2024-2025 School Year on the Texas Education Agency’s
Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas (FIRST) audit for this past
school year. This is the third year in a row that Giddings has attained a
perfect score of 100% on the instrument, which analyzes twenty-one
major indicators. In addition, GISD once again received a clean audit
of “No Findings” from a required comprehensive independent
accounting firm on their Annual Financial Report (AFR).

Giddings Middle School office will be closed on Tuesday, August 5th due to mandatory District and Campus meetings. Office will reopen on Aug. 6th.

You are now able to see your child’s STAAR results in the Parent Portal.
There is a green link labeled “Texas Assessment.” Click on this link to view your child’s scores for this year.
You will need your user ID and password. If you are having trouble remembering this information: Click on: Forgot my User ID or Forgot my password.
The Parent Portal can be accessed on the Giddings ISD webpage under the “Parent” tab.
We need any CURRENT student enrollment packets and required registration forms turned back in by Thursday, June 12th.
This was the paperwork that was sent home on May 5th.
We have to have the yearly required registration forms back for students to remain registered and receive a schedule for the 2025-2026 school year.
