On behalf of the GMS Student Council and Junior Beta Club, we would like to thank all who participated in the food drive! These organizations were able to collect over 300 cans and nearly $700 for the Giddings Food Pantry.

This past Saturday, we had several students audition for a spot in the region band! 7 of our GMS made one of the three bands!
Marlie Malone, Ariana Webb, and Aubrey Rodgers all made the Concert Band!
Ricardo Herrera and Karson Kemper made the Symphonic Band!
And Joselin Hernandez and Henry Kalmbach made the Honor Band!

Do you have any spare or extra Christmas Cards? Please donate them to the GMS Student Council so we can spread cheer throughout the local community! Please send cards with your students or drop them off at the front office by December 12th so we have time to send them out by the following week.
